A 50% of the total amount via bank wire within 3 days after booking is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you with instructions. Guests are required to settle the payment in time to guarantee the booking.

During the Spring Festival period, the deposit amount is 100% of the total room fee.

The check-in time starts from 15:00 and the check-out time is before 11:00.

Guests are required to show their ID and settle the payment balance when checking.

Pets and smoking are not allowed at the property.

If school and work were suspended due to the forced circumstance announced by Taitung County Government, guests' deposit can be kept for 3 months until next stay or guests may choose to have a full refund. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
